      For anyone visiting this board wanting to know what's up... well in a nutshell it's in a Self-Induced Coma after an unfortunate series of untimely events left it virtually crippled out in the cold, shit out of luck. The architect CEO Lesser laid out some rescue awakening events and/or ???.... to help revive it to live on and prosper. We have no choice now but to wait and see.... fingers crossed.

      wow, have they ever destroyed the few shareholders in this outside the CEO...like minced meat... no bones only gristle. Seems the premise was good and getting better but now it looks as if it's nothing much here but a dilution scheme that's about to unfold. They could've conducted that capital raise six (6) months ago, but they waited and now NAV is at the last SEC filing as of Dec.31, 2021 it was 17 cents....so now it's nothing more than a flat out disaster. Very Sad Indeed.

      I bought shares and have close to doubled my money in less than a month.
      Glad to see MILC get into Cannabis. Their timing seems pretty good.

      considering all the runs the other india plays have had (REDF, SIFY, IGC, and to some extent MTE), SMCG is a screaming laggard. I picked some up at $2.05 today, which per latest filings is over a 50% discount to NAV!

      The biggest issue that SMCG has is that it's misunderstood -- it's a closed-end fund with a sizeable holding in an Indian financial institution/brokerage.

      Latest filing by SMCG indicates that it's trading at almost a 50% discount to its NAV of $3.48.
      I'm long and willing to hold for higher valuation.
