Interested in who would buy this stock? How does one base their decision? Other than buying 4 letters.....what are you actually trading? Curious.

BioSyntech no longer exists as a company. So what are you buying when buying BSYI?

To my knowledge, it was in the 2010/11 range when that occurred. Being there is no "Q" on the ticker, I suspect that they are no longer in any bankruptcy proceedings.

2010 from what I see. Obviously emerged with shares and in 2016 the lawsuit against them by shareholders was thrown out in court.

They filed for Bankruptcy Protection under Chapter 11, Reorganization. I'm too busy right now to look up the information. Try Googling

Not that I am aware of. If they were in a bankruptcy there would be a Q on the ticker.

Question: How is BioSyntech still trading? Thought the company declared bankruptcy?

If you all are in to low floaters FD!T (3 mil) is sporting a very low float like BSYI and is also waiting on news from the company. I was going to sheer off some profits from my Canadian positions to sure up BSYI and FD!T since I do not see the PPS staying put for long given the potential
