("FCPT" or the "Trust") (TSXV : FCD.UN) is pleased to
announce today that it closed the first tranche of its previously
announced private placement of units in the capital of the Trust
("Units") for gross proceeds of approximately $9.1 million at a subscription price of
$5.35 per Unit.
The Units issued by the Trust are subject to customary hold
periods under applicable Canadian securities laws expiring on
March 20, 2015.

Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSX
