Digital Shelf Space Corp. (TSX VENTURE:DSS) (the "Company" or "DSS") is pleased
to announce that the Company's exclusive global distribution partner Northern
Response (International) Ltd. ("Northern Response") has significantly grown DSS'
access to consumers since the agreement between the two parties was signed in
March of this year. Northern Response has now signed agreements with multiple
leading Canadian National retailers, which includes four of the largest in
Canada, to begin the retail distribution of DSS' innovative GSP RUSHFIT
(www.gsprushfit.com) ultimate home workout DVD fitness series. The GSP RUSHFIT
workout series stars the Montreal based Mixed Martial Arts ("MMA"), World
Welterweight Champion Georges St-Pierre ("GSP").

"Canadian retail interest in GSP RUSHFIT has been so strong that some retailers
moved aggressively to list the home-based fitness training DVD series in advance
of the Company's national TV advertising campaign. Several National retail
accounts, totaling about 525 locations, have been receiving their stock now and
are supporting it with in-store merchandising initiatives," said Don Cameron, VP
Marketing at Northern Response.

"Northern Response's preliminary commitments from other Canadian retailers
should lift the total number of retail locations selling GSP RUSHFIT to over
3,000 locations by Q3, as the much-anticipated Direct Response TV spot rolls out
and retailers conduct their traditional August/September fitness section reset,"
said Earl Morris, Director of Sales with Northern Response.

"Canadian retailers have shown tremendous support for MMA Star Georges St-Pierre
and will begin the retail distribution of DSS' GSP RUSHFIT ultimate home workout
DVD fitness series," said Jeff Sharpe CEO and President of DSS. "We expect that
adding this many retailers for the GSP RUSHFIT workout series that it will
provide consumers with greater accessibility and convenience to purchase the
groundbreaking product." Previously, GSP RUSHFIT had only been sold directly to
consumers online from www.gsprushfit.com.
