With so many antigens L has listed how could they not be found in other cancers? Never made sense to me that other therapies like T go after one or two with some real side effects while L appears to have nearly none? Tells me it’s not really activating what needs to be activated. IMO.

Given the long time to an approval decision, and other companies' products getting positive decisions despite submitting much, much later, it seems a worthy topic for discussion.

But admittedly it is all anyone can do to speculate.

thanks! do you have any insights on MHRA rejections? Would a rejection typically occur early in the application process? Also, if companies sense that approval might not be granted, do they usually choose to withdraw their applications instead?
