China Unicom (Hong Kong) Ltd. (CHU) Chief Executive Chang Xiaobing said Wednesday the company's current monthly average revenue per user for its third-generation mobile services is over CNY100, and is showing a month-on-month growth trend.

Chang said at a conference in Hong Kong that China Unicom's 3G subscribers and revenue from 3G operations are also increasing month on month.

The company started offering Apple Inc.'s (AAPL) 3G iPhone in China last month and is targeting increasing the number of its 3G mobile users by more than 1 million a month, Chang said earlier this month

Chang said Wednesday the company is developing mobile applications for its 3G devices, including the iPhone.
