SalMar - Notice of annual general meeting

SalMar ASA will hold its annual general meeting on Wednesday 5 June 2019 at 1 pm CET at the company's headquarters at Frøya. Please find the notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) enclosed.

The board propose a dividend of NOK 23 per share for the 2018 fiscal year. The dividend is payable to the company's shareholders as at the date of the AGM, 5 June 2019. Should the AGM resolve to pay a dividend, shares in SalMar ASA will be traded ex-dividend of NOK 23 per share from 6 June 2019.
