OPERA is being centrally hosted in a state-of-the-art datacenter, completely built and managed by Camino Real's staff. The first three properties already deployed include the new Ciudad Juarez, Camino Real Guadalajara, and the Camino Real Mexico properties. The deployment is scheduled to conclude by late 2006. The OPERA Enterprise Solution being deployed by Camino Real includes OPERA Property Management, OPERA Sales & Catering, OPERA Reservation, OPERA Customer Information, OPERA Web Services, and OPERA Revenue Management. The MICROS 9700 HMS is used throughout the various food and beverage operations.
