Network Products Guide, an online information technology
research and advisory guide, has named the Interaction SIP Station™
by Interactive Intelligence a winner of its “Reader’s Trust” 2010
Best Products and Services Award.
The Interaction SIP Station™ is a communications device that
replaces IP desk phones. The device won the award in the category
of voice over IP (VoIP) by receiving a majority of reader votes. A
total of about 2,000 readers participated this year across all
award categories.

USB headsets and softphones, which can result in latency and jitter
when they compete with CPU cycles. The Interaction SIP Station™
bypasses these issues by using a dedicated chip-set for audio
processing.
