Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 25, 2023, John G. Creech notified Equity Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from his role as Executive Vice President of the Company and Chief Credit Officer of Equity Bank (the “Bank”) effective August 25, 2023. Mr. Creech’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or the Bank on any matter related to the operations, policies or practices of the Company or the Bank.
