Cypress to Address Multiple Investor Conferences in November

Cypress Semiconductor Corp. (Nasdaq: CY) today announced that members of its senior management and executive staff will discuss Cypress’s business and strategic outlook at multiple investor events in November.

Cypress will host its Annual Financial Analyst Meeting at 9:00 a.m. Pacific time on Wednesday, November 9 at Cypress’s headquarters, 198 Champion Court in San Jose, Calif. The event will include presentations from Cypress’s President and CEO T.J. Rodgers and other members of Cypress’s executive staff covering Cypress’s broad product portfolio, financial performance and strategic outlook, as well as the unveiling of Cypress’s new “stealth” startup. The webcast will begin at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time and conclude by 11:30 a.m.

On November 15 at 10:15 a.m. Pacific Time, Cypress’s Senior Vice President and Treasurer, Neil Weiss, will address the 2011 Citi Small and Mid Cap Conference at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas.

On November 16, Cypress’s Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Brad Buss, will address the UBS Global Technology & Services Conference at the Grand Hyatt in New York at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Brad Buss will also address Credit Suisse's Annual Technology Conference on November 29 at 11:30 a.m. Mountain Time. The Conference will be held at the The Phoenician in Scottsdale, Arizona.
