Cintas Corporation (NASDAQ: CTAS), the leader in secure document management services, today announced it has acquired CodeShred, a document shredding company that services New York, Westchester, New Jersey and Connecticut, to further expand its presence in the New York metro area. Cintas also recently received the Business Integrity Commission (BIC) license for its New York City Document Management operations. This prestigious license confirms that Cintas’ personnel and document management locations meet the stringent requirements set by the BIC.
