Webster customers will have surcharge-free use of their Webster debit and ATM cards at these ATMs for cash withdrawals, inquiries and transfers between Webster accounts. Future Walgreens ATM locations opening in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, along with select Connecticut stores, will also be branded by Webster Bank. Webster announced its ATM branding agreement with Walgreens and Cardtronics in December, 2007. Cardtronics owns and operates the ATMs placed in these Walgreens stores and branded by Webster.
