I trade very small blocks. Mostly in the 250-500 range. I can usually get someone to sell on my bid. I trade thru my state retirement account for no charge trades. 

I know this stock is flat now. But I play the % game. A 10% gain is only about 7 cents which we see almost every week. 

Looks like an insider is dumping his position. All 500,000 shares blocks up to 50 million now?

The bigger question is who’s dumping…but we know the answer to that.

They are pushing hard for this deal because it will make a lot of money for Nippon. If the current administration allows this to happen then it just proves that we need a change. Can you imagine a US company taking over Nippon Steel in Japan? Their govt would never ever allow it.
