NEW YORK, Sept. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- TheStreet,
Inc. (NASDAQ: TST), a leading financial news and information
provider, today aired an exclusive interview with former
presidential nominee and Hewlett-Packard CEO, Carly Fiorina, in which she stated that she will
not be pursuing a run for the Senate. Chief Correspondent and
seasoned anchor, Tracy Byrnes, interviewed the former Fortune
500 chief executive.
In her exclusive interview, Fiorina told Byrnes "I made a
decision that I can actually make a bigger impact, not running for
the Senate, but, lifting up leaders wherever they are." Fiorina
plans to launch a foundation, called Unlocking Potential,
that will help teach leadership skills to nonprofit and social
enterprise companies.
Although Fiorina will not be a contender for the approaching
Senate election, she said "I don't rule out a run for political
office in the future."
Fiorina was recently featured in TheStreet's new
Alpha Rising series,
which profiles innovative women who are redefining American
business.
"Carly Fiorina epitomizes all
that Alpha Rising is
focusing on," said TheStreet Chief Correspondent Tracy Byrnes.
