Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On December 19, 2016, China Ceramics Co., Ltd. (the “ Registrant ”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. A copy of the press release making the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
