WMS to Report Fiscal 2013 Third Quarter Results on May 6

WMS Industries Inc. (NYSE:WMS) announced that it will release its fiscal 2013 third quarter results after the market closes on Monday, May 6, 2013. No conference call will be held. On January 31, 2013, WMS entered into a definitive merger agreement whereby Scientific Games Corporation (Nasdaq:SGMS) has agreed to acquire WMS for $26.00 in cash per common share.
