Infrastructure Developments Corp. (OTCQB: IDVC) (the "Company") announced today that it has initiated the first stage of a coordinated marketing and presentation program for the Wing House mobile shelters for which it has exclusive distribution rights in the U.S. and Canada.

"The market for mobile shelters in North America is massive, with the surge in shale gas development and mining driving a rapid increase in demand," said Eric Montandon, the Company's CEO. "The companies that use these structures need quick delivery and setup, safety and longevity. Modern facilities such as the Wing House provide a combination of practicality, service, and pricing that the old utilitarian prefab units simply cannot match. Our product fits every large user and every small niche. We are convinced that we can meet the needs of this market."

The Company, through its subsidiary Interspec International, Inc., is planning to import newly upgraded Wing Houses and exhibit them at oil and gas and mining trade shows in Calgary and Corpus Christi in June and September of this year. The Company has invited hundreds of parties that are active in the prefabricated mobile shelter industry in North America to cooperate in marketing and placing this unique product, and the response has been positive.

The standard Wing House units are mobile offices or living spaces that fold out from a standard 40-foot shipping container to an 880 square foot ready to use house or public space, with all baths, water, AC, lighting, cable, network and electrical fittings in place. They are rated for extreme temperatures, safe in hurricanes and earthquakes, meet the highest safety and building code standards, and are very economical. The range of products also includes the newly developed "pop out" 20 and 40 foot units that slide out in minutes and are also pre-fit with all baths and fixtures. Technical information and specifications for the Wing Houses are available at www.winghouses.com.

In past years, the Company's affiliates have placed Wing Houses in the UAE and Thailand per distribution agreements with the patent holder/manufacturer. The Company has witnessed a dramatic increase in demand for mobile shelters in North America due to the expanded oil and gas industry in the U.S., expansion of mining projects in Canada, natural disasters such us hurricane Sandy, and other influencing factors.

A Freedonia Group industry market research report from late 2011 indicated that inside the multi-billion dollar U.S. nonresidential prefabricated building system industry, modular building systems provide the best growth opportunities, and commercial applications are expected to post the fastest gains of any major market. The Company's own research on market demand -- combined with new features and refinements of the product to meet more stringent buyer standards -- has influenced it to initiate this rollout in 2013. The Company has a target of 100 unit sales in 2013.

The Company wishes to invite all interested parties and shareholders to the 2013 Gas & Oil Expo on June 11-13 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Also, the Company plans to exhibit at the 2013 South Texas Oilfield Expo on September 18 and 19 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
