Grand Capital Ventures, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GRCV) today announced
that the Company has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with
WBC Holdings Inc., a Milford, Michigan-based Company. WBC is a
Sales and Marketing Company that specializes in
exclusively licensed products in the renewable energy
and green technology sectors. Initially, the Joint Venture Company
will market its products using the name HomeGen Systems, LLC.
The first product to be marketed will be a Hydrogen Fueled Home
Electric Generator. While fossil fuel based generators have been
around for many years, this new generator, at completion and
roll-out, will have a number of advantages for both residential net
metering and off-the-Grid use.
