Sounded to me they believe the MTD will be denied any day now. Are you ready for your real name to be displayed? After you pay for your defense, you will need a park bench.
Unless of course your agreement indicates your boss will tender your defense. Not likely of course.

I'm hoping the enlargement can be successful.

I'm thinking the higher case load is the result of a paid off busybody 'body' of justices who have become puppets for the morbidly rich. Thus taking on bunches of cases a more balanced court would not have. Again imo.
