                    Buy Back of Own Shares for Cancellation

The Company announces that on 25 March 2008, pursuant to the authority granted
by shareholders in the annual general meeting, it purchased 479,000 of its own
'A' non-voting ordinary shares of 10p nominal value each ("A Shares") for
cancellation. The A Shares were purchased at 181p each. The total number of A
Shares now in issue 5,202,198.
