Director/PDMR Shareholding
Chaarat (AIM:CGH), the AIM-quoted gold mining Company with an
operating mine in Armenia and assets at various stages of
development in the Kyrgyz Republic, has been informed that Darin
Cooper, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, sold in the market
1,244 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each in the capital of the Company
(" Ordinary Shares ") at an aggregate share price of approximately
16.10 pence per Ordinary Share on 12 May 2022. This sale was made
in order to satisfy a liability to the trustee of the Chaarat Gold
Holdings Limited Employee Benefit Trust for acting as nominee
holder in respect of Mr Cooper's shareholding.
Following this sale, Mr Cooper now holds 1,952,695 Ordinary
Shares.
