Many have already exited. Many were sitting on the fence hoping the company would resolve before EM. Now that it has hit EM some of those fence sitters will probably sell, as that's all they can do, and without any kind of bid support, no retail buyers, there's only one direction this stock will go.

True. It’s just a head scratcher for me. Oh well. Maybe they have huge plans that make them feel it’s imperative to decrease outstanding shares even though in the OTC 1.8B is still considered relatively low. No worries either way. At this point I’m just along for the ride. Let’s see what happens.
