That is if they don't have any deal involving cash with a BP or they couldn't disclose it to MHRA

Same folks were touting SIO financing and claiming that they are the white knights and will support SP and will be gateway for more institutional investors . I said at that time also that they will be here for quick buck like all previous financings .

Agree with you for most part.
But you can not under estimate the ability of the financiers to convert that short discount into 20-30% discount as SP ( exercise price) decreases by that amount magically when the options are exercised and then it it magically goes up to unload those
