This is the same as the grey market but the only difference is that the expert market uses computers to link the brokers instead of them having manually calling other brokers for quotes and share availability... So it really just uses computers instead of the phone... Still no bid or ask though... It makes a the trade process much faster than on the regular grey sheets...Way much better to be listed on the grey sheets IMO... hope this helps some

New to OTC world, started back in mid Dec. Hard to find if expert market signifies anything. Picked this up off a scanner. Was wondering your view on what it means or your past experience on them? Any info be much appreciated, thanks Golden_Cross

PWEI was a non-SEC reporting pump and dump. And this was not the first time it had done it - just the last time after the SEC finally shut them down. It had a long history of pump and dumps. Pump, dump, reverse split, change name, do it all again. In just 3 years it had a 1 for 500 reverse split, a 1 for 1000 reverse split, then ANOTHER 1 for 1000 reverse split.

What did you expect from a non-SEC registrant with a long history of pump and dumps with no verifiable or accurate DD available except its scamming history?

Yeah.....I have no idea about this, I've try to contact company, done count hours of due diligence. And nothing. Nada, zilch. Big loss on this POS. PWEI

Yeah, it sure turned out to be the case here on PWEI. Unfortunately, that is the way it goes on so many penny stocks.

The 800 number from filings is a guy name Adam who answers, and has no idea what PWEI or Geoff Bagalateous is.



What the hell is going on, Damn this trade was one big mistake.

For losses, you can use all of the losses against any gains on other plays at the years end when doing taxes If by chance a person didn't have any gains on the year to deduct the losses from PWEI against, then the maximum you can claim per year is 3k and carryover any further losses for the next tax year.

Does anyone know how the tax write off of losses works? Almost had this POS for a year and looking to settle for a loss here, 99% loss.

Where is this volume coming from? Each day we are seeing a little more or a little less but overall it's more than what we've see since 2013. I really do hope there's something brewing although I really doubt it.

? Why would you buy? Do you know of something happening with this stock? A lot of people lost a lot of money on this so I don't believe it's appropriate to make jokes if that's your intent.
