The Storage business is unique in that we fund at the project level not dilutive to the parent. Five ground up developments with Public storage already contracted to manage two of them."

Nu-Med Plus, Inc. has successfully merged with YourSpace America, Inc., which is now a wholly owned subsidiary following the closure of the transaction on April 28, 2024. The merger was facilitated by a Share Exchange Agreement, where YourSpace America’s shareholders exchanged all their shares for Nu-Med Plus’s Series A and X Preferred Stock. The agreement necessitates a two-year audit of YourSpace America, the results of which will be disclosed in an amended report following completion.

What I find interesting is the storage unit business commands a high margin around 18%. If this merger produces anything close, the sky is the limit for the sp.

I have held it for years also, and all of a sudden in the last month, the stock has popped from .02 cents to .08 cents. May be some one knows something and is accumulating. Also looks like the volume has increased dramatically.

On May 15, 2023, Nu-Med Plus, Inc. entered into a non-binding letter of intent with YourSpace America, Inc. (“YSA”), a Delaware corporation, for the merger of YSA into Nu-Med, subject to due diligence. Pursuant to the LOI, the Parties will enter into an agreement and plan of merger which will be mutually negotiated and drafted by the Parties. The Company (as the surviving entity) will assume all liabilities of YSA (as the merging entity) including any liabilities arising from, or in connection with, any contracts assigned by YSA to the Company as part of the Transaction.

As of the date of this filing, and pursuant to the LOI, the completion and closure of the Transaction remains subject to due diligence and negotiation of definitive agreements including, without limitation, exhibits and schedules thereto.

I actually blame those same pumpers for trapping sooooo many ignorant people with big bags in such obvious bs tickers.

Like the tickers with billions and billions of share ect.

A lot of money was lost that last couple years IF you didn’t know what you were doing.

The market has gone back to what it was when I first started trading.

That is my point. People look for a reason not to buy now. Back in the day that didn't matter. It would be pumped until binding letter of intent and pumpers would have figured up revs for themselves and been pumping.

OTC is terrible. 8-k merger with company that has done billions in transactions being paid in preferred and little interest from traders. Not front loaded so no pumpers. That is why I trade the big boards now. Back in the day this would have been over $1 by now. Look like those days are gone.
