QOIL filed this SEC filing back in September. Also, the name Joseph Passalaqua appeared in the filing. The same guy involved with the MEPW custodian.

States and Canada. They will be expanding their business by acquiring ME Renewables, Inc., a North Carolina
Corporation. ME Renewables, Inc. As the name states, ME Renewables, Inc involves renewable energy which is
energy that comes from natural sources or processes such as solar, wind energy, hydroelectric, biomass, and
geothermal heat which are constantly replenished.
