SEC received the complaint - let them handle it.

Of course, when you submit anything to the SEC they tell you that will be mute as to if they investigate the company and they will be mute about anything they may discover 

I doubt the SEC would find anything wrong.  Buyback is at their discretion and they even announce that there would be no feedback of when/if the buyback occurs.  Meanwhile the use share increases to eliminate old debt, which is good and striking deals to acquire more business.  There really is nothing revealing that the SEC would think was out of order.  It's called doing business as a norm.

Maybe all of this is AXXA's master plan. Run this down to .0001 with CD's and then buyback at .0001 to maybe .0004 and then tell everyone that there no longer is any debt. That would not exactly be working for shareholder value by screwing shareholders. Let's wait and see what these incompetent nimrods are doing.

Why do you keep raising the share structure like clock work every month after you announced a buyback.
What gives.  Your shareholders deserve an answer.  Heard nothing about the audit that was suppose to happen last week across the board.  (What happened).

You need to STOP selling CD's.  It is very obvious to many people.  With all of the net revenue that comes in you are not being responsible to your shareholders.  
SEC if they are doing wrong (Please for heavens sake SHUT THEM DOWN!).

It doesn't matter how a microcap was traded before coming under AXXA's wing..  AXXA will use their resources to make each profitable and a potential spinoff.  As such, the company does not report on the each subsideary...it's a holding company afterall.

Need a good honest company first before getting what you call good investors....and axxa ain't it....they have shown their colors and resembles red flags...not green $ signs

Excellent firm that AXXA chose. Their expertise at turning microcap tickers into Expert Market non-trading tickers is well known.
Their specialty: Death spiral loans.
AXXA probably salivating for some of those while the 'audit' proceeds. Death spiral loans are lethal to pinks, but AXXA loves danger.
