I believe quiet period ends the end of March so we should be soon, if we aren’t there already.

Likely doesn't matter at this point. The company has gone silent on everything anyway and I don't expect that to change since Ken is just a contract employee of WDLF now anyway. This ship has sailed. 

As far as i know and some knowledge from history lesson classes, quiet period is required by SEC for sec reporting companies. WDLF is otc alt reporting company and i cannot find any clause of quite period on otcm official website.

Does anyone know if there suppose to be in a quite period?

I tried to pick up 2 m o the ask and they only filled 300k. 

out of 19mil traded only 2 are sales,but price is down,this only happens for reason.whatever reason it might be,company related or mm.
