I forget if it's 30k warrants, or 30k at closing and another 30k warrants. It was one hell of a deal. Stock takes off and it pays for the bike.
A few miles down is Barber motor bike museum and race track.
If you come down and look, definitely put that on your list to see. It's the Guggenheim of motorcycles. Other than the gulf coast, it's Alabama's #1 must see. And there is a Bucees and Probass at their exit. A real red neck travel destination. Barber is Awesome.
I used to volunteer during race events. It's so cool, just being a tiny part is rewarding.

We believe that Curtiss is significantly undervalued (approximately $7.3M in our current direct-to-investor offering). We also believe that we are in the strongest position of any company to lead the electric motorcycle revolution. The single competitor, in our opinion, is LiveWire (valued at approximately $2.1B today). Their CEO and Chairman declared that the winner would be the company that can best conjure desire in the form of the electric motorcycle. We completely agree!

For 7 years, beginning June 29, 2016, we have poured all of our passion into making the best motorcycle in the world that happens to be electric. We are confident in the result.



It is important to note that the C1 is not just the best electric motorcycle in the world, but a single architectural operating system for every Curtiss motorcycle to come. The innovation and design it took 7 years to create envisioned radical scale with world-leading efficiency from the beginning. This operating system was recently awarded US Patent No. 11,634,191.



We start with the smallest viable audience. $2.4M USD of sales in 2024 is our breakeven point; we believe we can achieve $3M+ of deliveries that first year.

Then, we grow to $5M by 2026. Deliveries of the C2 begin in 2027. We believe we can pre-sell $50M+ of these examples and handcraft them to a state as near perfect as possible (quality that would make a Rolls-Royce blush).

The reason we need additional liquidity is because we missed our original timeline by approximately 2 years. It was their failure to deliver our proprietary battery cell structure that caused the delay.

Ordering a Work of Art secures a Fall/Winter delivery date and The 1 in black begins deliveries in June.

The motorcycle comes with two seats as standard, a solo seat and a tandem (two person) seat, and a tool kit allowing the owner to quickly and easily change their set-up at home. Carbon fiber wheels are a $2,500 option.

There are not many but the market is definitely trending that direction. I have friends that race MX and they have tested some there. But the luxury line doesn't have much competition that I have found. A couple overseas but thats it. The Lito Soro is as close as I can find.

What is their competition?
Nothing comes to my mind other that the disposable crap the Boarder patrol uses to sneak up on illegals.
