I'm on Both , $BRSE and $CHAG set to be huge in 2021 . $CHAG under a penny is a tremendous opportunity , wasn't to long ago $BRSE was reading under 2 cents.

CHAG share structure isn't as tight as Petzel's other ticker, but at 44.9M unrestricted and only 250M total A/S, this one has the potential to run hard.

We're so used to seeing companies that have multiple billions in the O/S, and those have some nice runs, but they need very high volume to keep it going. Having such a low O/S will make CHAG move quickly on very low volume. Float is not available, so I'm assuming the whole 44.9M unrestricted is part of the float.

This is the kind of share structure known as a "low float". Petzel's other ticker has an extremely low float as well, so to me it looks like he's someone who likes to create shareholder value.

I hope to add both this week.

I found on twitter the claim that it was confirmed that CHAG was the company that would RM into bytetobite (restaurant chain in LA) ... How confirmed this?

It's was a gas and oil company and was fully recruiting up to 2015. Don’t think there were operations since. The CEO owned a good chunk IIRC

It's a pretty clean shell. One owner for year's and no activity as of recent years so easily brought back.

Not to be the negative Nelly here, but just some questions from a newbie ...

- is there anything more than Petzel being on both companies that ties CHAG together with bytetobite?

- Why would CHAG be a good RM partner? It is not that their filings are current? So lots of paperwork to be done. Compare that with BRSE which just got their filings done...

Again, not an attack on the stock, just trying to understand ...
