      $AHRO Just heard back from consulting firm on the valuation and they confirmed that we will have the final draft with all the tables and models in it no later than this weekend. This means it will be filed next week for certain with accompanying PR.

Don't ask questions, don't ask for accountability - you'll only be personally-attacked (in the absolutely weirdest way...) & be subject to false accusations.

      How many times has "the genius" CEO assured shareholders, "never again"?

      I honestly no longer care, I only have 20MM shares w/ an advantageous cost-basis.

      3 qtrs in and they still cant get their financial filings in order. Maybe they should get some ladies with skirts.

      Not sure how a savvy businessman can say “So this is more important to you two than the…”. Line. Filings are the true representation of a company’s data - not tweets or BFChats. Investors want to see this.

      I dont care about how many businesses he has run but one would think that the filing basics of a public company is fundamental to successful execution.

      SMCI is going to get delisted cos they cant get their financial filings 🤯

It is the accounting firm draggin its feet and taking a quarterly report and turning it into an "audit" completely uncalled for and according to the genius they will be switching firms next year. A local firm not one based in India. Just got off with him

      1. So this is more important to you two than the profitable quarter that is coming for Maybacks?
      2. More important than the $10 MM plus that he is putting on the balance sheet?
      3. More important than the company will have the balance sheet to meet NASDAQ standards this quarter in 2024?

      You guys really dont get it. LOL Why dont you both find another company to invest in. The stock is going up in spite of the fact he publicly stated they will be taking an extension.

      Yes I would much rather have a company that is always filed on time with no business instead. MOE, LARRY and I am sure there is a CURLY that will show up as well. Seeing the forest through the trees is not a strongpoint for either one of you
