Incredibly problematic...

Yesterday they filed NT 10K/A. It's an Admendment which they seem to be claiming they have 15 days instead of 5 days past the due date to file the 10K. In effect they are saying that SEC was too hasty moving ARAT to Expert Market.. We will see. Still problematic that they can't meet due dates.

In my world that is called piss poor performance. Very disappointing and at some point shareholders will seek legal action. IMO

They filed NT 10 K for 2024 stating they plan to file 2024 10 K by 2/13/25. We will be on Expert Market status until 2024 10 K is filed. Very problematic.

Thanks for sharing this. Quantum resistance will be a huge market and complement Arax use cases. I am pleased to see that we are highly competitive.
I am not pleased with management's inability to communicate with their shareholders. Arax has a treasure of technology that needs to be converted to business outcomes. Arax needs management that brings this conversion into reality with more business communications. Arax has been at a bid price of 17 cents/share long enough.
Arax is in year 2025.1. It is time to see our stock move to double digits with significant liquidity where it belongs.
