      Afterhours trading today $14.50 to $14.71 close at $14.40 low of $14.12. Two days before Conference call, The Fed Meeting also. 1st day divvy's being available.

      I'm afraid my prediction is becoming reality. MFA will say they did this to attract new investors. But really all they did was scare them away.

      I expect lawsuits will be coming next, although it rarely does any good. These companies have more protection than shareholders do.

      I'm starting to fear MFA will be like a stinky pinky OTC stock. The share price will drift back down to where it was. The only difference is, we will have 75% less shares than we did before the RS.

      I hope I am wrong.

      I'm out. Reverse splits are almost allways bad for investors. I was happy getting divedends but it looks like the housing cycle is starting to reverse and that won't bode well for most reits or builders. Will spend my time looking for a good commodity investment now.

      I'm not sure what to do with this. I was very pleased with how things where going. I believe there will be a pull back after the R/S. Maybe over time it will Grow to $16 to $20+ but at what cost to us (time).

      I need to decide very quickly what to do. I'm leaning on selling. I don't know of any R/S that where positive to share holders. Also With this the Presidential Administration, 3 more years. The Fed raising rates, makes it harder for MFA to make money. I see a recession coming. I know they have Lima-One.

      I'm in the green up 30% overall, any type of pull back to around $12.36 (post R/S) Then would eat all my profits.

      It's possible that the share price and the dividend will increase to 4 times what it is now, to make up for the RS, but I am skeptical.

      About 2 1/2 years from zero shares to at the end of this year goal to hold 10k shares. love this stock, and then things grow tremendously. A few short years or the newbies which I'm still. that was my stimulus I started with. till the end baby.

      Yes It Has been, Monday was great. Great 2 weeks added 549 shares. Only a couple years and enjoying the growth. Started with about 2500 shares at 1.55 in 2020. Now almost 3x the original amount.
