Hi MVST - dipping my toe in with a few shares.

You never respond immediately without putting some hard data and facts together. One of my other tickers was short-attacked in an identical way about a year ago. The company response came a few days later if I recall correctly. I would love to see one of these short companies get sued one day. They simply make up a bunch of bullshit lies and then publish a bogus report, then start shorting the stock as soon as all the retards start panic selling. I don't know how such blatant manipulation is even legal. Really shows you whose side the SEC is on. It certainly isn't retail.

A response from the company denying the allegations would be a nice touch about now.

Won't be the first, and won't be the last. Doesn't bother me if it's not true. Meanwhile, MVST is growing and expanding about as fast a company can expand, into a global market that desperately needs their products, and will continue to need their products for decades to come.

Nice action here lately. Tennesse plant online by Q4. Half a billion in backorders. New parts plant and development building in Florida. New plant in Germany and expansion in China. New contracts monthly. Hope we get to $5 by Thanksgiving and $10 by next spring. Good luck, all.

-- In 2022 they will have more business than they have capacity for.
-- More factories are coming in the near future.
-- Chinese factory is expanding to accommodate growing customer demands.
-- Contracted revenue is up to $2.3 billion from $1.5 billion.
-- Microvast is officially a battery supplier for IVECO and "more to come" on that front.
-- Microvast is "potentially partnering" with "big OEMs" that want to see a capability for American, European and Chinese production. Hint, hint... The word "NDAs" was mentioned. NDAs plural.
-- The general feeling is that the Clarksville, TN plant is ahead of schedule due to a strong push and need for American manufacturing capability.
-- Vertical integration allows them to supply OEM batteries, off the shelf batteries and individual components to other battery makers. And they can do this much faster than other battery makers.
-- Microvast batteries are still top-tier in safety, life cycle and charging times.
-- The Florida R&D center provides more intellectual property protection for future products (hint, hint) and this was a major part of opening that facility.
-- A goal over the next 6-12 months will be to continue to win business and announce it when partners allow it due to NDAs (another hint, hint).
-- The next business contract (that can't currently be named due to NDA) will be announced soon.
-- Business and sales will continue to increase in 2022, and will explode in 2023 through 2025 or so.
-- The road to vehicle electrification in Europe and elsewhere is increasing far beyond the estimates of 1-2 years ago, and Microvast is setup to meet all regulations and laws.
-- While Microvast is developing solid state, their customers are not "enamored" with the race to be the first adopters of a technology that will likely be a big work in progress. Meaning, they would rather have batteries that perform up to spec rather than being the guinea pig for new technology that might not be all that it claims to be (looking at you, Quantumscape).
-- Concerning Microvast's solid state design, they claim a possible viable design would be around the same time as the rest of the solid state developers, or around 2025. So this means companies like Quantumscape do not really have some huge advantage in the industry. If anything, their potential is riskier than ever.
-- Solid state for commercial vehicles must be much better than solid state for mass market vehicles (passenger cars). A solid state solution must accommodate 15-20 year vehicle life and many more charge cycles than a regular car. Quantumscape is likely not factoring this into their design. Microvast is.
-- In addition to solid state, there are also several other designs that could come into play, as well.
-- Concerning potential customers, Microvast is top-tier when it comes to energy density and charge cycle life. That combined with their American/European/Chinese presence makes negotiations and winning contracts quite easy, it appears.
