Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 16, 2024, Yanzhuan Zheng submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of Microvast Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), effective no later than the Company’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Mr. Zheng’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
