On December 19, 2022, Lightwave Logic, Inc. issued via a press release a letter to shareholders from its Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Michael Lebby, providing shareholders with a corporate update. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
