Accolade Inc (ACCD) Options

This buyout was fraud committed on shareholders, they knew 2 years ago they were going to play every shareholder and pay them only $7 per share, but 1st they had to bring the PPS down from $15 below $4 and they did just that.

2 years ago in October they got a big contract from International Paper with over 60,000 employees.

Cigna had that contract and they lost it to Accolade, on insider trading the stock flew from $6 to $15 in 2 months with news of that big contract and that kind of messed their plans up, so they had to wait it out, so Transcarent can buy them out and then quickly announce delisting.
