Well, I guess "Gift from God" was a proper way to describe the situation/price in December @.45-.47. It's so easy it is like stealing and when I am certain I am usually right and in a very big way. This fall/winter there are more gifts from God coming, been busy with family things but been quietly watching things develop, making notes in the back of my mind. The ONLY problem with the $0.50 (or lower) game is that over 20.3mm shares (including warrants) would be eligible for restrictive legend removals soon enough... Which means that the lower end of that channel (projected in the $0.30's) would be the next accumulation point. ASSUMING they don't dilute this any further...

They are STILL LOSING MONEY! Hence the need for funding & the chart shows nearly 13 YEARS of the stock in a DOWNTRENDING CHANNEL. Not sure what others are seeing here ATM but the short-term losses (9 mo period ending from last filing) have ACCELERATED the CASH BURN! And the new funding is BELOW the CURRENT PRICE!! With OVER 20.3M shares (not including any exercised warrants) of overhang bought BELOW the current stock price...

Just started my DD here, as I was PM'd to have a look: But ATM I just don't see it. What am I missing? At least from the charts perspective (& the fundies underscore the sentiment) it appears as though the bottom of the downtrend-channel is going to be tested again soon.

Why? The NEW shares recently went out NO HIGHER than ~$0.47-$0.48

NET LOSS nearly tripled from ~$2.4M to ~$6.3M (according to their audited financials). Overall they're losing money,... & just closed a private placement/funding @ around $0.47-$0.48/share. I'm guessing that's WHY this has gone lower... & could go lower still.

I figure if that's what the LENDERS are saying it's worth. Why should we pay higher? And it looks like they'll be needing MORE MONEY at this current burn-rate.

Still doing my DD but "Gift from God"? I haven't seen that yet... Why do you think that's the case?

A beautiful day in the neighborhood, as it slow and steady marches up the hill, leave no gaps/creases/cracks etc. Never ever, ever should have been in the worst bear market below $1.50 with period, just love it.

I had emergency micro disc surgery 41 years ago where 1/4 if a disc was cut out after herniating on the nerve. Awake but sedated the doctor showed me the piece on the operating table.

It was brand new technique in 1981. No discs were fused and I have enjoyed playing sports ever since. Thanks to Dr. Stephan Kuslich my life was changed forever.

I was very lucky to have found him. RIP as he later died of Leukemia, they speculate he got from not enough lead shielding from Xray use in the operating room. He gave so many people their lives back!

XTNT is that kind of company in that general area of repairing vertebrae issues.

The one and only contrarian negative since February for $XTNT was that private placement (which remains as such) and was at $2.25 and nothing since then has happened and the cash burned from that was 1.75 M of that during the latest Omicron (flu, go get your shots if one wishes, like it always has been) six month covid farce.

You have a company with the two best products they ever have had one being in sports medicine and you are well known, respected and yes covid smacked you back revenue wise shortly regardless of the two launches you have, and being a solvent know entity you are real, legitimate and looking at a horizon with fireworks.

And because of a private offering made @2.25 and a poison pill shelf voted in and filed all of a sudden, all the cash you make and as literally the world (countries falling like dominoes, the covid farce game is ending) so

When a few large power houses in the Bio Game own 93%+ otherwise in plain English "they own you without a poison pill holding 93%+ and you want a little loan through private placement due to Covid at that time, yeah................................................... poison pill.

So that whole running it down from 2.50 to .50's because of a private placement, which has remained as such and is still 93% owned by entities such as themself all north of $2.25 and their next two launches (first since 2019) and history wise for the company the two best ever, and could whenever they haven't given much more color than the 2022, I am looking to see "okay will be Q2 2022 or Q3 2022 so one can plan. But the since the first post the largest natural catalyst is already churning, the covid farce is being kicked to the curb as it should have. And the poison pill............... but that is common sense.

Okay, hope for the ne maybe two listening to my diatribe noticed I did proofread. One thing that sucks with that, one ends up deleting and retyping too much LOL. A second of a minute diatribe/blathering shall continue, have not even come to the fundamentals and a few other nuggets, its a nice story.
