I don’t get how a company that’s already public can file for ipo vs uplisting to NYSE. Anyone have any knowledge on how that works? To me if they could get on NYSE through IPO it doesn’t matter at all what the share price is on OTC. But I really have no idea on that. Anyone know how that could work?

The company has been averaging about 10 weeks between updates. So if history is a gauge then we can predict about when the next update will be announced. 

Looks like Jan 2025 will be similar to Jan 2024. He got his year end bonus now reality setting in. JPM will be nothing burger, he hyped it since Oct 24.
