Another Form C company. Why so many directors

I have serious doubt there is anything to this Company

They cant even afford to pay the OTC Markets fees ($6000) to bring the stock Pink Current

They posted the Current Financials on their Webpage but it was never updated on OTCM

The strange thing about that is the Chairman/President of the Company holds 98.5% of the Common Shares and 39.1% of the Preferred


Im "thinking" this was just a Scam all along for this Chairman to dump shares into the BID for pocket money


Its a pretty common occurrence down here in the sewer of trading

Why would anyone buy this crap? The only shareholders are Sunny and his crew. They are not a real company. No office, no phone number, no email, 0 in revenue, 0 in assets. The ability of the Company to emerge from the exploration stage with respect to any planned principal business activity is dependent upon its successful efforts to raise additional debt or equity financing and/or attain profitable mining operations. As shown in the accompanying consolidated financial statements, the Company has a working capital deficit of $7,245 and an accumulated deficit of $256,305.. The Company also has no revenues.

Still trading about $2.50 more than it should be. In my opinion of course.

Hard to believe this junk is trading over $3 per share.

Anyone with 1/2 a brain has already taken profits ... much better value plays out there to take profits from PGVI and roll them into a better play, imo.

FINRA, shows 734 shares being shorted as of the last update. Hardly a short squeeze coming. Lol

Look at the small buys propping it up. There is very little volume . Check out the company website shown in one of my posts below. Anyone who reads the latest info available on the website and has any kind of mining knowledge will see that this company is years away from any production, and the current pps is ridiculous, in my opinion .

Promotion by twitter groups, and private chat rooms, who focus on companies being reinstated. Then it changed to assay grades of rock samples, but the company produces no gold, nor are they actively mining for any , at least not that I see, so the pps is artificially inflated, and in all likelihood should be trading much lower. It has been slowly drifting back down from its recent highs.

Was this a merger? R/S? What was the reason for it going from $0.01 to $6+?

Don’t see anything about an active mine. Nor are their any financials for the past few years. Just a new website with some nice pictures and a few grab and pan samples.

There are companies who produce over 200,000 ounces per quarter and trade at less than PGVI who doesn’t even have a producing mine. Promithian Global Ventures Inc. is a development stage mining company. Hello?

It’s already down $2 from the ridiculous high of over $6. Must have been one helluva promotion. Too funny.

Light volume for the week, retested the prior resistance and all at the end of the year. Seems to me the first few weeks of Jan are going to get rowdy!
