This is why I sold before the crowd. I got out when the getting was barely good.

Shit. I knew that they would loose QB status, but did not realize they didn't file financials for the last 10 month, either. So going dark in 2 days unless they file today/tomorrow, which is unlikely?

Yes they will they was already given a 15 day grace period on otcmarkets.com

will they drop to expert market in few days without any further filing? I haven't kept up with this since I hold only few and had other exciting tickers to focuss on.

You have 2 days to decide what do with this stock after that you wont be able to sell this at all. Unless they decided to get become Pink Current later on I've some penny stocks come out of EM and become Pink Current but even then they take forever to get out of EM.

Way too risky to buy this. You'll be stuck with these shares not even being able to sell them once this goes to Expert Market. I sold 2 weeks ago I barely broke even. I had e - mailed the company asking them about them making the dead line to stay OTCQB status when they didn't respond in 3 days I already knew what time they was on. I told myself I'm not taking any losses on this one. I brought this at .0012 and sold all my shares at .0012 and .0013. I wish everyone the best of luck on this one.

No SS update in days...the selling at this high volume at lowest pps ever is fishy and makes no sense for retail...I'll wait for an update before forming an opinion on what might happen

Yeah my view also. Better to file the attorney letter and filings and move down to pink avoiding a RS and roll out a new direction.
The SS is a turn on to pink traders

KITL gains nothing at this point to continue having audited financials… other than appearing a little more legitimate for the next Ponte Scam’wich.

So basically they lied about staying OTCQB status. They also have till next Wednesday 7/17 to even be Pink Current or they go to Expert Market.

Yeah what makes the most sense is file and move down to pinks

As previously reported by the Company in its Current Report on Form 8-K dated February 14, 2024 filed with the SEC, on February 9, 2024, the Company received the letter from OTC Markets, Inc. (“OTC Markets”) notifying the Company that its bid price has closed below $0.01 for more than 30 consecutive calendar days and that the Company no longer meets the Standards for Continued Eligibility for OTCQB (the “OTCQB Standards”), which requires maintaining proprietary priced quotations published by a Market Maker in OTC Link with a minimum closing bid price of $0.01 per share on at least one of the prior 30 consecutive calendar days (the “Minimum Closing Bid Price”) and granting the Company to regain compliance with the Minimum Closing Bid Price by May 9, 2024.



On May 6, 2024, OTC Markets granted the Company an additional cure period to regain compliance with the Minimum Closing Bid Price by July 12, 2024. In addition, OTC Markets granted the Company the cure period under the OTCQB Standards to file the annual report on form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2023, and the quarter report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2024, with the Commission by July 12, 2024. The Company intends to regain compliance with these OTCQB Standards by July 12, 2024.


Now the company is in a grace period with OTC markets. And they have until the end of this Friday to get this to .01 or higher to maintain OTCQB status like they said they would. Very curious to see what they do on Friday. They wont be pink current either if they let that grace period expire. They will go to Expert Market. But I will say this they could end up going to Expert Market then later on down the road put out a filing and become Pink Current. I've seen this done a few times already.
