What is going on was illustrated by houlahan lokey .what they are doing is much safer then a chapter 11 or 9 as per infamous stop listening to the noise .There is a very good chance they can raise alot of money during the auction and the money they will get from the lawsuit. Either we will be bought out at a price the shareholders agree on or we will be in this to the end .I have watched coin op and infamous write .means nothing they both have no clue .I don't need their opinions we have lawyers that give us real advice

i have been saying all along that these guys not only owe way TOO much money to lenders and lawyers but can EASILY pocket ANY overage they get from
the lawsuit and just walk away. IMO these guys have been crooked ever since they LET their PPS fall to .002. Yes thats right .002 PRE SPLIT. just divide 30 into the current .067 price.

sounds like EBET becomes a shell company and hopefully the only thing going for it is the lawsuit (which i hope is on contingency so no cash outlays by a company with no assets). i sold the 100k shares i own at a nice loss so only have 1000. if anyone hears anything different please share. TIA

Any settlement made in court going forward will go to the 37mil 8n debt and probably around 11mil im guessing for lawyers FIRST. then any cash left over will go directly into ebets old owners pockets and will no longer have ANY benefit to current common shareholders. I knew that was coming. I warned. All IMO

Yeah a lot of crap stocks I came across over the past near 20 years playing around , but you know what some of those were big multi baggers to the upside too and paid off well at some points in their lifespan too! Sure now years later who cares they were prime movers in their time!

Well this has been up in the air since this lawsuit started and to have this lender pull this after they extended the date to June 2025 yes I am at a loss for words on what they did and why? The lawsuit is the main event and was/is showing a nice progress too, not much to do but see what comes next. We all know the high risk here and high reward possibilities.

No new info to post about so we shall see if anything comes out next.

Been down since a long time here as we all know too, so not much else I can do my only option is to wait and see. I need a reason to add now but not even worth selling for myself being down as the lawsuit is still on the table until we find out otherwise too.

We take these chances and we shall see in this wild market.

ANY semi experienced trader knows that if there was even 1 iota of chance that a company would do well from a lawsuit, the stock pps wouldn't be going BACKWARDS. yea from .38 to .06. And the red flags are right in everyone's faces....
Ebet owes MORE than $37,000,000.00 to lenders. They owe most likely millions of dollars to the lawyers. Coinop was originally pumping that even if they get 40mil from a settlement, the math would be 40mil divided by 15mil os or a pps of around 2..60. Well guess what! Its not going to work out now, cause the 37mil and imo like 5mil to 10mil for lawyers have to go to them FIRST. that puts the stock at 0 in that case. Another problem AGAIN is that insiders don't own shares(and there was a REASON for that). Imo, if theres any overage from the settlement, they will pocket the cash and will not be applied to company sustainability imo. Imo its been their plan all along....PAY OFF DEBT and get paid if possible

Question when is docket 65 coming out .also I saw now August14 a date in September and October it looks like everything got pushed back 3 months because they added neo games into the suit .Do u have any info
