It appears the company is off the noncompliance list. Of course we don’t know the details, but looking at the circumstances and timeframes involved in terms of the duration it took to satisfy Nasdaq and the projected timing of the P3 results one can reasonably infer that the RS was likely necessary to ensure compliance was regained by Aug 13 and perhaps more importantly prior to the announcement of P3 (hopefully to clear the way for institutional investors).

Trying to fight back over its Moving Average line

When a share price falls below the MA line, I watch for the 'challenge' that has to take
place to take the pressure off the price. Last Friday, the price pushed up against the MA line
That was good to see, but yesterday/today whats quite normal occurred. The MA line 'won' the
first skirmish.
But in a sign that there is 'demand' for the shares, there will be another challenge made and maybe
Jagx doesn't win the next one either. But what I look for is for when it finally breaks thru, for what tends to
come next. And thats that as the MA line shifts from a negative slope towards neutral and then tilts slightly positive?

Will it start to help 'LIFT' the share price up. Thats when these CORRECTION PHASES gets to be fun.

Agree that the CEOs focus is on the companys success vs keeping the retailers happy.

The only caveat is a friendly reminder that because the company needs to do what they need to do

is that there is a time to own, and a time to step aside.

These damn nearly 5 year cycles to get something approved can be death traps if the company

needs to do secondaries and reverse splits. For me, in the early stages, i take what it gives and

if they announce splits/secondaries? Its probably a pretty good idea to step aside and look to reload

afterwards IF THERE is NO GOOD NEWS associated with the 'event' to help draw the markets interest

to help hold the share price up.

Especially in markets like the one we are in now where money flow seems to be directed to big names,

and those with potential are being ignored, even if they give the market a good reason to want some..

In my opinion we are seeing a retail shakeout driven by fear tactics that are not entirely without grounds given the history of the company’s dilutive actions. However, it seems to me that what people fail to realize is all those maneuvers were likely taken in an effort to get the company to where things appear to be headed in a month — the release of Phase 3 results. I seriously doubt the CEO cares about retail or ever has. Instead she likely cares about her life’s work the culmination of which seems to be almost here.

There is a lot of noise. Of course I don’t know what will happen, but I think this is an opportunity for patient retail investors who refuse to be scared off.

-as its been flatlining now for the last 8 days
-the MOVING AVE line is starting to shallow out its 'negative slope', lose its steepness

Its not out of the woods yet, still weak enough/not strong enough to resist getting 'hit' again

But thinking that PR may have lessened the desire to try and drive the price down, given shareholders hope and less likely to want to sell now..

Question I have still remains unanswered: how many multiples of its current 'approximate' $19 Million Market Cap can it 'justify'??

Disclaimer: I am still using $25 Million as a 'doable' market cap, gives me a target price of a little over $5/sh till I get clarification from the company itself in terms of what they 'see' (note< I have no problem with them being given a $50 Million Market Cap, but again, I would like to see some 'ball park' estimates, preferably very conservative)

I just don't know what people expect more from her? She put out so much press releases. Very transparent to the shareholders, but if you are keep being attacked by short sellers, you have to keep the company alive till you have something in hands what institutional buyers will back up... She finally is soo close to achieving that

It seems to me the CEO has done what she’s had to do to survive. I don’t think she cares at all about retail shareholders. Instead I think she cares about her company and her personal success. This phase 3 is the culmination of her life’s work and she has scratched and crawled to get here. It’s not an easy path, but it seems like she is close to the finish line in what has been a brutal marathon. I know people don’t trust her and I don’t either. The only thing I believe in is her self motivation and self interest and right now I think those things align with the interests of stakeholders. We should all know in about a month.

Full data readout of a phase 3 trial, over 6 countries, 23 different therapies, after just 6/7 months (november -> july), knowing there was a statistical error in the application, is exactly fucking good work.

Only thing is that Lisa need to shut up about setting deadlines that (if we look back) were not realistic. And as you said, probably to save the PPS from worse

Yes it was a good push today. I think it was a great week. I know people are generally fed up with the delays in issuance of P3, but for the company to stick its neck on the line this week and say it will be published by a date certain …not sure how anyone could want more than that from them at this point. I think it’s incredibly bullish but what do I know.

You could well be right, but to get a company through phase 3 and all the surprises and difficulties that must accompany that is something I don’t think people fully appreciate. Sure, she could be intentionally misleading people, but I tend to think not. And …if phase 3 is successful it would be a shame for people to miss out. As far as today’s news goes I bet she regretted the imminent comment and was trying to assure people that it is coming soon.

Probably because the "definitive" end date was in June, end of Q2 (after it was Q1, and so on and so on). Probably because the CEO said the results are "imminent", a month ago, knowingly pumping up the stock, only to announce a reverse split, just 3 days later, getting the stock back to all time lows, screwing everyone in the process. Probably because there's even more dilution coming after the shareholder's vote. Some people sold in anger, while others bought "the dip". And shorters doing their thing, as usual.

I’m surprised the market didn’t react better to the news of a definitive end date for the release of results. I thought it was fantastic news and answered a lingering question I had in terms of how they would release the results as a simple press release didn’t seem right for such a significant event in the company’s history. The price was $18 (.30ish pre RS) or so in April prior to the reverse split announcement. I don’t know why you’d plan for a big webcast with scientists etc. if you didn’t expect good results. I also don’t know why Fife would want shares if he didn’t expect good results.

So I’m a bit surprised at today’s price action.
