I've been in some similar runs. Sold too soon on most, but I did too well for regret. A PE of just 15-25 will be sweet for RNVA shareholders.

I have 15M shares, I would make $1500 per point. I had 6M shares and 2 tickers and saw my account go 10K, 20K 30, then boost 60K per day!!!!!

Then I saw one stock bring me up $120 and then 30 minutes later I was down $80K on the day.

The ticker released an S-3, I didn't know what that was.

If I would have known I would have sold and probably made $600K (minus taxes).

My point is, be careful.

I never claimed to know when, but I was right about the earnings before there were any earnings. Righteous speculation. Just going on experience. One way or the other, the market eventually rewards value investments. RNVA is not the first OTC stock I have held for a few years before the inevitable breakout. Insider trading drove some, but the value was the reason. RNVA is going to pay out big. It just will.

I have just witnessed a huge negative change in the PINKs over the past 1.5 years.

I have played it long enough to make a lot of money in 2020-2021, then took a bit of money and purchased with gains (not profit), now I have about $32K stuck in
tickers that are trading lower and lower, no-bid, EM, GM, delisted.......

I will have a $3000 tax credit for years

If you have been this game long enough you have to challenge what you are currently thinking vs your past thinking in regards to this CORRUPT market.
Even in the past it was corrupt, but, we could make big reward vs low risk. NOT anymore.

I still think in a better (but not necessarily red hot) OTC market, RNVA would have tested the high 000s at worst but would have never gotten cellar boxed at .0001. More speculation on CAH revenues would have come in. I also still believe value always pays eventually.

Shareholders are screwed IMO hence zero buying

Also, new SEC rules have kept insiders from driving those big OTC stock runs too, and most were really driven by insiders though the street would come in on them. High interest rates haven't helped either - tight money. A perfect storm really.

The good thing about market conditions is they always change. The .50 Fed rate cut (finally) is a good start.

You are missing some of the main ingredients:

Stimulus
Business closures
Work from home
Meme stocks
Plus, the OTC was changed for the worse in March 2023

Plus, interest rates are probably to high, even with a 50 point cut.

The OTC had numerous tickers trading in the billions daily. Nothing even close since 2021.

Plus, GME and AMC fanboys almost drove two hedgefunds/MMs into the ground, Citadel and Jane Street Capital bailed them out.

Face it, the OTCBB is dead.

Yes, I believe they are going to merge both parts, A & B eventually...never know as we are going MAHA for Heathier foods next year...A lot of these small OTC stocks (cellar dwellers) are starting to multiply themselves...I think next year will definitely start the Jubilee...Cheers!🎉🥳

I would think the FOXO principals have seen the audited numbers subject to SEC review of the draft audit report. It will be final when Lagan is sure it will pass SEC review. The schedule ahead may also involve completing as many of those corporate equity buybacks as possible in the process. Lagan represents RNVA shareholders on the FOXO board. He knows what he is doing.

I hope everything comes together as you are thinking but for now we are stuck in EM and there has been no mention of RNVA shareholders receiving FOXO shares...I was also hoping that RNVA would need to become current before the deal was done..feels like if there is a way for us to be left with nothing that is what he'll do..hope he proves me wrong.

Always interested in how you feel. Worst case scenario is RNVA remains as a (low liability, low overhead) holding company in control of FOXO earnings and capital development. In that case, RNVA will have to bring its filings current. RNVA shareholders are invested in FOXO. RNVA has overwhelming, if not total control, of all voting shares in FOXO. The SEC is not in the business of creating shell companies. Give it a rest, and maybe you'll feel better.

Starting to feel like rnva will disappear. There’s no merger occurring when FOXO is acquiring assets from RNVA. I don’t see any benefits to retail shareholders. Technically Seamus doesn’t even have to file again to get what he needs from FOXO. What are RNVA shareholders invested in? FOXO doesn’t include us in any release. Seamus doesn’t update us on his plans regarding em status. It’s obvious he didn’t file because of these current transactions. It’s business as usual….2024 is a dud just like the past 10 years

The big pocket liquidity was just as low out of 2020 leading into 2021. Then they rotated money.

Seems like the right time again with rates about to cut, the general markets elevated, and with deals going on everywhere in a similar if not far larger manner.

There were hints in 2020 and there are many here now.
