When Mike first turned it over to him I reached out a few times his reply that something was coming and it would all be public but that was a load of bs just to keep people from going after mike since as you can see nothing ever happened and the Nevada SOS still shows mike as part of this as well as the OTCM still shows mike part of it and the New guy was never added to the Nevada SOS... the New guy won't reply to anything anymore he was just a fall guy for mike is what it sure looks like it, If Mike was Moving to TX He no longer needed to give a flying fart what Canada said so he had no need to move all of it to a New ticker but he did. and then screwed those guys over...

My friend, if that was the case all the OTC CEO's would be in jail. There wouldn't be an OTC. I learned, mainly from X that there's maybe 1% of real tickers in this market. These CEO's raise money through tickers and abandon them. They cause a run through their debt holders and then the debt holders who hold the largest amount sell off and drive the company back down. The CEO's know what they're doing. The note holders know what they're doing. The OTC is essentially a big Wall Street scam that you need to be in and out at the right time. A lot of us have a shit ton of dead money tied to this one thinking Mike was being truthful with us... He ended up just like the rest. He's not going to jail in Canada or America. He won, we lost. We either move on. Or hope one day someone comes into this ticker and runs it... It is possible, heck I held one for 5 years as a dead ticker and it ran again...

I know not a lot of people are checking this board, but has anyone reached out to the guy Mike gave the ticker too? Does he even still own it? I have been gone a while and not paid any mind considering where we still are.

How do we get Mike put behind bars? if he's in TX now should be a lot easier going after him for scamming us all.

Thought X had a chance a year+ ago and then the writing was on the wall he was just as crooked as the rest. The only hope anyone here has is one day this thing gets ran on a pump.

I see POS mike got AMIH delisted from the OTCQB and now talking about getting it uplisted to a big exchange, he's also increased their A.S to 2 billion... Looks like the guy he had take over this was just fall guy for him.. Wish people would start a class action lawsuit against the crook, and get the SEC to shut him down

That's the thing I was telling people, he claims he couldn't be a CEo or director of this anymore because of the trouble he got in with Canada but why does Canada matter if he was moving to TX since its not Canada he could be CEO of this still but ya instead he wants to screw everyone over with a new ticker... and leave us all in the dust... guessing the new CEO is a dead beat that Mike owed money to or something and was like here's you a shell, but didn't explain to him that he wasn't current on filings and all the other jazz...

And get what? The company that is now XFLS has zero assets. No business operations. And many of the officers responsible are no longer with XFLS. I have no idea how but going after Mike and AMIH would prove more fruitful, and even then, those assets wouldn’t come close to covering losses.

We could still file, but ya cant get meat from a rotten carcass…. So i dunno…

All of the shareholders that got ripped off should get together and file a lawsuit against the company and officers.

A settlement agreement for $1,674,096.07 was executed and Mr. McLaren simultaneously sold those assets to Cycle Energy Technologies via Cycle Energy Corp. for a convertible note of the same value bearing 7% interest per annum and a conversion rate of 50% discount on the previous 5 day average closing.

Like I posted on LinkedIn, I have not been updated on what he is working on, and will be briefed soon. But I am simply an advisor to his business. That is an old pic and bio.
