      Thanks for the link. At least we know the schedule for the hearings.

      There are 18 parties scheduled to make presentations to the court. Each participant can submit up to a 25-page brief. That would be a maximum of 450 pages that the court has to wade through before any judgement could be made. And while there is no schedule listed for after 3/6/2025, one might guess that it will be at least a month before the judge has had enough time to make a ruling on this case.

      Therefore, I don't expect any final ruling until April at the soonest, and potentially much longer than that depending on any motions that are submitted and accepted by the court.

      Just a wait and see for now imo.

      HMBL was TSNP that ran from .0001 to around $1.75 and now its at 0.0024.... couv I was in ran from these areas to around .80 cents. Now delisted to the expert markets...
      but the OTCM was also really hot you could buy about anything even pigs had wings back then but the otcm hasn't had runs like that since the SEC killed it

      Dilution and toxic debt kill stocks. This isnt some OTCM secret. Neither is the company pivot. How else do you create liquidity? Look at HMBL. RDAR. Even here when Frank/Carren were custodians .. why do you think it went from .0001 to .022?
      5% OS has been diluted so far via REG A with the owner currently(on paper) with 35m shares for 35k operating capital. 75m owned by either Leonite or other investors.
      No toxic debt here, actually non-dilutive, full ratchet protection provisions in that .005 loan with warrants there as well...62.5m shares worth.
      Not a single share converted. Actually working to EXTEND maturity on the .005 loan.
