ok tell him he is being unrealistic about the timelines, it takes time for otc to review filing so it won't become current right away. They haven't even filed/posted the filings yet. It takes awhile to become current after that. At least he is replying.

I emailed with Tim this morning. He thought they would have had things finished last week. He said no problems just slow audit plus holidays.
He is expecting eegi to be current this month

I'm hearing through the grapevine it's going to be a technology company coming into eegi. However, I heard something different 6 months ago. I'm sure something is getting put in. However the merger is complete with Aggi but still no updates on anything. Just weird how they do things. And still in the audit process ?
Why would you merge into a company before an audit ?
We are getting closer so let's see what happens. Something is better than nothing at this point.
There is a saying , the longer the audit , the bigger the company.

The last time I spoke to Tim was November 8th. He told me they were preparing audits for Aggi and updates will come when they are complete, then he said same with eegi.
Let's give it another week. Fingers crossed.

I have not, I figure at this point let it play out. Another shareholder gets better info than me. This info I put on here was from him.
But it the end of the year and holidays just around the corner, I don't see how they can have both done in this short period of time. We are in it to make money, I would like both tickers to do a good run each.
That takes time.
If we don't hear anything this week , I will reach out to him next week.

At this point I don't think the mergers are getting done by the end of this year.
Not much time left and two holidays are right around the corner.
I do hope eegi becomes current before then. Which it is suppose to from last conversation.
But this the OTC where anything and everything can just be plain old bullshit.
