Total BS and wrong every time. Shareholders know.

The Company had developed new AI products which were described at the OTCM presentation and in the text of the 10-K and in the Update. Revenues to the consultancy are far higher than the previous commoditized services. DBMM will present revenues for the best fiscal year ever in 2025 .

DBMM has the future.

I don't disagree, but my gut says that they never even filed, and may not even have ever intended to!

Trying to retire convertible shares required a boost in the share price... what better way than with an OTCQB carrot? It worked...

It would be just like Linda to file the application for the QB level, while knowing that the company's governance situation made them ineligible for it.

That way, she could put out a nice fluffy update, claiming that DBMM was "working" with the OTCM to uplist to the QB level. She would KNOW that they didn't qualify and would be denied. But the update would be out there and DBMM might enjoy a little "pop" in share price from it.

If the OTC denied the QB application (as Linda knew would happen without DBMM having the proper governance), she was under no obligation to announce the denial. She simply kept quiet and let all the shareholders think it was still an ongoing thing.

Perfect situation for Linda and DBMM. Shareholders still hoping and believing that the QB level up could happen at any time!

It certainly looks as if Linda led people here astray.
And Poo cannot articulate any excuse for it.
Indeed! There really is no excuse for repeatedly claiming that they would file for OTCQB LAST year, but not doing so!

However, the false "promise" led to gamblers and P&Ders driving the price up above .01 for months to qualify!

Imagine those that believed and chased the price to get it up there and hold it there... ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE COMPANY NEVER FILED!

💩 can't seem to find a way to spin that FACT!

Poo CANNOT form a valid answer as to WHY Linda has never appointed an Independant director to the Board of Directors or the Audit Committee since coming back to the Pink level, in an attempt to get to the QB level.

The rules are CRYSTAL CLEAR as to the governance needed to be able to get to the QB level.

The FACT remains - she either never really applied for the level up to the QB, OR she applied in SPITE of not having the correct governance and the application was denied.

I cannot find ANY RECORD of DBMM having attempted to appoint ANY independent directors to ANY position, since DBMM announced that they were attempting to get to the QB level. It's clear that the application would have been denied without those directors being appointed.

It certainly looks as if Linda led people here astray.

And Poo cannot articulate any excuse for it.

Here's ANOTHER reason why Linda might not want to see DBMM get to the QB level:

My VALID point is that DBMM MUST have independent directors in place to get on the QB level. They DO NOT HAVE THEM and there is NO RECORD of Linda making an effort to APPOINT any.

The FACT of the matter is that she COULD NOT. IF she ACTUALLY APPLED for the level up to the QB level? Then the request would have been DENIED.

I submit that there NEVER WAS an ACTUAL application to the OTC for approval to the QB level! There would have been no point to it, without at least trying to come into compliance with the governance requirement. Or possibly, Linda was stupid enough to try to skirt the governance rule, applied and the application WAS turned down.

DBMM still maintains they are trying to get on the QB level. Yet Linda has not yet made a move to add
the required INDEPENDANT directors to their Board or Audit committee! That means that DBMM never had a chance to level up to the QB level. Linda would have added those people BEFORE application. Because without those changes, DBMM would not have had a CHANCE to be approved to the QB level!
