They don't take calls as I was referring to their secretary girl still taking calls as I guess they may still be in business if not out if cash already 

I never knew they took them to begin with,lol! I emailed the info portion on their site numerous times, and have never received any reply.

LG nor the company no longer takes calls as they never call me back.  I think they are still in business but looking at the stock price, who knows!

LG, reeks of stolen valor the way he operates this thing.

For starters, if some of you didn't dump into the bid, we wouldn't be at this low price. Secondly, if you are willing to hire a lawyer, why wouldn't you spend the money to go to Fresno and set up a meeting with LG.

I lost about $250k.  I remember at one point I was up a $100k too...... worst trade of my life hands down.  Thank goodness I was able to make a decent amount that back through other investments but this crushed me for a two year period and I'm finally free.  The shares I have left I have written off.  Hence, why I'm free.  With all that said, I think I have decent grounds for a investor lawsuit due to financial fraud.  They lied for quarters upon quarters in their fins about bringing a deal in the capital markets, doing M&A and bragging about how easy it is to swallow up little guys, the list goes on

I feel your pain, I lost a ton and my son lost a ton, I have friends that lost a ton on this. I am not selling at this point. I thought about salvaging what's left, but at this point I am so far down that it is pointless to dump. I will just let it sit and see what happens.

They can't dilute.  There are zero buyers.  I may dump my last 100k shares.  I lost a ton of money on LG, a lot!

I am not sure how he would dilute at this point. It isn't worth anything and with basically no volume other than the dumps from retail investors moving on, any type of dilution would just result in this thing being worth absolute zero. I think its just stuck at slowly dying and dragging us with it unless LG finds some way to get people to care. Even that seems like an impossible task now that so much time has passed and communication is nil..

Revenue basically flat, and generating another loss of about the same amount, while burning through more cash.

No plans, no future. This thing is toast. Either a bunch of dilution coming to pay for operations next year, or its going to get booted off the QX.

I think they realized they couldn't just sit on a bench in the park and call that an 'office', but had to actually rent some space in a building and that never happened once they saw the prices.

As much as I don't want to be a downer, they keep pushing this refinancing and influx of revenue crap from one quarter to the next. Not to mention the acquisitions and mergers that never materialize.

A retainer and enough jilted shareholders,and will have a class action suit. I think we should start with reporting them to the SEC and finra first to get the ball rolling.

Lg and his cfo need to be reported to the sec for financial fraud.  Their fins have said they were going to do an offering for nearly 2 years!  How does one start a lawsuit?

Here is something I have been dwelling on lately. Not being negative either, just stating facts...... I bought into this (HRAA) when it was a shell at .07-.10 cents. This stock had 20x more shares and no actual company related to it and was doing 20 times better than it is now with LG. Whoever guided LG to make the moves he has made since purchasing this security has devalued it by 20x from a shell with NO revenue, no product, nothing. LG and all of us would have been better off today if he bought it and just traded it as a shell.......... Pretty rough going. Hopefully the upcoming 10Q has positive news to keep this from selling off even more. I just hope there are still people around to care. Besides us 4 or 5.

Staggering volume today one whole trade for one whole share. LG must really being trying to shake those weak handed shareholders.

Considering the volume today I'm thinking it will be relative to lackluster.

Will be interesting to see the financials when they come out this week.

Only thing I know is the information provided in the article. This system is implemented on 2 buildings already as a proof of concept and he met with people about having it installed on city buildings. No mention on the patent process other than it is filed and pending.

Does,anyone know if the recently filed patent was fast tracked,meaning it could take a few months,or a regular patent filing that could take years,that is unless someone objects,and claims that they have the same idea,and disputes the patent.
